Hahaha! Serial killers = yum. Everything about them is so interesting, I've always had a thing for learning about them, I just never recognized it when I was younger. I think my first taste was when I read the John Walsh autobiography, everything about what happened to his son and America's Most Wanted and such.
And unf is like... the sound I make when I hump my desk in utter ecstacy? LOL I think most people make that sound when they start masturbating maybe >___>
xD I totally know what you mean. I finished reading Silence last week, after about, oh 6 - 8 years since I last read it. Of course I liked Lecter back then too, so brilliant and evil (evil? I think he did the world a favor, personally!), and while I wasn't that impressed with "Hannibal" itself, I still loved the storyline and continuance, and I absolutely love it now when I think about it, that Lecter and Starling ended up together.
At first, I was confused about that, if I'm going to be totally honest with myself I didn't like the idea of Starling succumbing to the brainwashing, I always thought she was stronger than that. But in the recent years when I thought about it, especially remembering the story and the horrid shit that happens to her, I realize she didn't REALLY succumb and lose herself entirely. After all... they're talking her choosing to be Hannibal the Sexable's lover instead of sister. Who can blame her? ;D Now I absolutely love the idea that she ended up with him. I wish the movie portrayed that... but the ending of the movie was good too, when I think about it now. It was a very subtle, moving act of love~
Whooooa paragraphs there lol. Guess I'm filling in what I didn't express in my actual journal lol
But to get back to the main, I was always fascinated with Lecter the character himself, an amazing design of a man, and then I found there was a "Hannibal Rising," of which I didn't even know existed until last week o__o This book.... actually took me a step further and made me SDFASDFHJBFJMJAJDANS over him. Not to mention that young actor's portrayal of him in the movie >__> unf oh god that seductive, wicked smirky grin of his makes me all tingly inside *___*

and I've had a fascination with HL since I first saw Silence of the Lambs. I've seen all the movies related to him.
And I've had a fascination with serial killers for some time. I wanted to be a profiler but uh...I went crazy. LOL

No one likes surgery. Except, of course, for the surgeon.
